Wintergreen oil is extracted by steam distillation of the leaves and twigs of Gaultheria fragrantissima Wall., responsibly harvested from the Himalayan forests of Nepal.
Characteristics Appearance: A fluid liquid
Color: Water white, Pinkish to light brown
Aroma: Strongly aromatic with sweet-woody odor, displaying a peculiar creamy-fruity top note

Dominated by methyl salicylate with minor and traces amount of a-pinene, myrcene, 6-3-carene, limonene, 6-cadinene and 3, 7-guaiadiene

Therapeutic Uses: Apply topically for eczema, hair care, psoriasis, poor circulation, muscle and joint discomfort, arthritis, rheumatism, cellulitis, cramps, gout, broken or bruised bones, obesity, headache, nervous tension and stress related conditions.
Directions for Use: Apply 1-2 drops to desired area. Dilute with carrier oils to minimize any skin sensitivity. Use 3-4 drops in the diffuser.
Cautions: Possible skin sensitivity. Keep out of reach of children. Pregnant should not use.
Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears and sensitive areas.
