Valerian oil is extracted by steam distillation of the rhizomes and roots of Va/eriana jatamansii Jones, responsibly harvested from the Himalayan regions of Nepal.

Therapeutic Uses: Apply topically for insomnia, nervous indigestion, migraine, restlessness and tension state.
Directions for Use: Apply 1-2 drops to desired area. Dilute with carrier oils to minimize any skin sensitivity. Use 3-4 drops in the diffuser.
Cautions: Possible skin sensitivity. Keep out of reach of children. Pregnant should not use.
Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears and sensitive areas.
